This Privacy Policy explains what information IAWorldChat ("we", "the service") collects when you use our quizzes, chats and subscription services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are & contact
IAWorldChat is an AI-companion entertainment service. For any privacy question, request or complaint, contact us at h2o2code@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data — the name and email address you register with.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and language, collected automatically when you visit.
- Usage data — your quiz answers, the avatars you create, and your conversations with the AI characters.
- Tracking data — cookies and campaign parameters (UTM source/medium/campaign) that tell us which ad or page brought you here.
- Payment data — payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store or have access to your full card number. We only receive the payment status, amount and your email.
3. How we use your information
- To provide the service: create your account, your avatars and your chats.
- To process subscriptions and renewals.
- To measure advertising performance (which campaign led to a subscription).
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To communicate with you about your account when necessary.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies:
- Session cookie — keeps you logged in and keeps your quiz progress (expires when you close the browser or after the server session ends).
- dc_vid — an anonymous visitor identifier that lets us understand the funnel (30 days).
- dc_utm — remembers the campaign parameters of the ad that brought you (30 days).
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the quiz and checkout may stop working correctly if you do.
5. Billing, subscriptions & cancellation
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions processed by Stripe. Trial offers are free for the stated trial period and then renew automatically at the price shown on the checkout page until you cancel. Charges appear on your statement under a neutral descriptor for discretion.
To cancel your subscription at any time, email h2o2code@gmail.com from your registered email address and we will cancel it — no questions asked. Cancelling stops all future charges; amounts already charged are not refunded except where required by law.
6. Data retention & your rights
We keep your account and conversation data while your account is active. You may request at any time:
- Access — a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction — fix inaccurate data.
- Deletion — erase your account and associated data.
Send any request to h2o2code@gmail.com from your registered email. We answer within 30 days.
7. Adults only (18+)
This service contains adult-oriented content and is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.
8. Security & changes
We apply reasonable technical measures (encrypted connections, hashed credentials, restricted access) to protect your data. No internet service is 100% secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will inform you.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, with its "last updated" date above.
